Try Bru, 100% brewable cacao. You can get the benefits of organic (and Fair Trade) cacao in a drinkable form without worrying about the digestion issues of nibs. Plus, it's additive free! It's entirely up to you if you want to add sweeteners, creamers, etc.

I currently add 1 heaping tablespoon of raw, organic cacoa nibs to my 3 main meals. When it eventually exits my system, I can see a large portion is undigested. I use papaya enzymes, still not digesting enough. Will switching to powder solve this problem?

Wow!
Thanks Teya, this is all very interesting. I have barely touched chocolate in 20 years but I would love to try some organic sugar free dark chocolate now that I know about cacao.
Thanks again!
